Early voting: Oct. 19 – Nov. 1
Any registered Orange County voter can vote at any of the county's 27 early-voting sites, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. every day from Monday, Oct. 19, through Sunday, Nov. 1. The map's wait times are the ones the Supervisor of Elections reports for each site during early-voting hours.
Every early-voting site has a staffed drop box for mail ballots, open during early-voting hours. Seven also offer drive-through drop-off: Alafaya Library, Marks Street Senior Recreation Complex, the Supervisor of Elections office on Kaley Street, South Creek Library, the UCF Puerto Rico Research Hub, Valencia College's Lake Nona Campus and West Oaks Library.
Election Day: Tuesday, Nov. 3
On Election Day you must vote at the polling place for your precinct, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Anyone in line at 7 p.m. can still vote. Enter your address in the guide above to find yours.
Orange County's precinct lines changed in June, and a few polling places moved for this election, so check yours even if you voted in 2024. If you're unsure, use the Supervisor of Elections' polling place finder.
Voting by mail
The deadline to request a mail ballot is 5 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 22.
A voted mail ballot must reach the Supervisor of Elections by 7 p.m. on Election Day; postmarks don't count. Through Nov. 1, you can drop it off at any early-voting site during early-voting hours, or at the Supervisor of Elections office, 119 W. Kaley St., from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays. After early voting ends, take it to the Kaley Street office: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, Nov. 2, and 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Election Day. Polling places do not accept mail ballots.
If there's a problem with the signature on your mail ballot, you have until 5 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 5, to fix it. Here's how.
What to bring
Bring a current, valid photo ID that shows your signature. If your photo ID doesn't have a signature, bring a second ID that does. Florida accepts these photo IDs:
- Florida driver's license
- Florida ID card
- U.S. passport
- Debit or credit card
- Military ID
- Student ID
- Retirement center ID
- Neighborhood association ID
- Public assistance ID
- Veteran health identification card
- License to carry a concealed weapon or firearm
- Employee ID card issued by a government agency
Forgot your ID? You can still cast a provisional ballot. It counts if your signature matches the one on file.
Getting there
For every site, the guide lists the nearest LYNX bus stop and the routes that serve it, and the directions links open your maps app with transit directions. LYMMO, the downtown Orlando circulator, is free. SunRail runs on weekdays only, so not on the early-voting weekends; it does run on Election Day.
Accessibility
Every early-voting site and polling place has accessible voting equipment. You can bring someone to help you vote, as long as it isn't your employer or an officer or agent of your union.
